We deliver throughout New England, including Vermont, New York, New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, and Connecticut.

Trusted Transportation
All buildings are delivered by St. Mary & Sons Transport, with over 15 years of experience hauling and placing structures throughout the region. Using our own experienced crew allows us to manage the entire delivery process and ensure each building is handled with care from pickup to final placement. Our team uses top-of-the-line equipment, including shed mules, to safely place buildings even in tight or hard-to-reach locations.Placement and Setup
We handle placement of your building on your property. Our crew positions the structure where it needs to go so it sits properly and functions as intended.
Clear access to the site is required. Final placement location should be decided before delivery to avoid delays or repositioning.
Electrical Information
Many units can be prewired.
Final electrical hookup must be completed by a licensed electrician hired by the customer. We do not provide electrical services or electrical connections to panel boxes.
